WBS is selling commercial quality fasteners with not representation of conforming to government or other specifications unless specifically stated. WBS reserves the right to under or over ship product by 10%. Standard payment terms are NET 20. Product received as damaged must be signed for as damaged to receive credit. All claims for errors or shortages must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of goods. Product may not be returned after 60 days of receipt. Should you need to return product, contact customer service at 800-726-4803. All product for return credit must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Returned product will not be accepted unless accompanied by a RMA and shipped via the specified carrier when WBS is responsible for return freight.
